VE Day - Act of Remembrance - 10:55
The Parish Council would like all households to assemble for the collective Act of Remembrance on their doorsteps at 10:55 on the 75th anniversary of VE Day.
Below is a link to the words we will use, and a sound track for the Act of Remembrance, which includes the Last Post. This will signal the start of the 2 minute silence for the fallen of World War II.
Please load the sound track early and then press play at precisely 10:58. The Vicar and the Parish Council will be at the War Memorial in person to ensure that this day is marked properly.
