A Chelsea Gold Medal from yesteryear

This is from 1965 - when medals were really gold!

None that we know of.

160 deaths were reported by the Government yesterday taking us to 34,636 across the UK. The number of new lab confirmed cases fell to nearly 2,684. These numbers are excellent and reflect the results of the sustained lock down.

In Northamptonshire another 30 cases were reported yesterday with the specimen dates being spread back over the last few days. This is another significant increase, taking us to 1,311 confirmed cases in the County. This reflects the increased levels of testing but is a significant increase over previous days. It shows that the virus is still out there circulating in Northamptonshire.

1 new infection was reported in East Northamptonshire yesterday.
